Putting patients first

Dr. Mary Goodwin grew up in the neighbourhood of Westboro, Ottawa. She earned her Honours Bachelor of Science Degree Summa Cum Laude from McMaster University. She then pursued her Dental Surgery Degree at University College Cork in Ireland, where she excelled and received numerous awards and scholarships, including the prestigious Dental Council Award for Best Student, recognizing her as the top student in the Dental Surgery Degree Programme.

Dr. Goodwin’s approach to dental care is patient-centred, believing that each patient’s journey should be tailored to their unique needs and guided with expert care. Her primary goal is to ensure that every patient enjoys a positive and comfortable experience during their visit while receiving the highest quality dental care. 

Dr. Goodwin’s priority is to stay up-to-date on evidence-based dentistry and has a keen interest in continuing education.

Outside the office, Dr. Goodwin enjoys staying active with downhill skiing, spinning, and Pilates classes. She loves spending time at her family cottage. Her three years living in Europe sparked a passion for travel and exploring international cultures and cuisines.
